Entry Line Guidelines

Entry Hours:

• Web Entries open 12:00AM on Friday through 8:00PM on Monday at www.midwestrodeoentries.com

• Telephone Entries open on Mondays from Noon to 8:00PM at 605-374-7754

• Contestants must have card number and performance preferences ready

• Two preferences must be given

• Only 4 contestants will be allowed per buddy group

• Call back numbers will be given upon entry

Call Back:

• Web Call Backs from 8:00AM to 6:00PM on Tuesdays

• Telephone Call Backs from 2:00PM to 6:00PM on Tuesdays

• Contestants are required to check back, either on the web or telephone, to verify their entry

• Contestants must have call back number for verification

Draw Outs:

• Contestants who receive their first preference and draw out during call back hours will be assessed a $25 fine.

• No draw outs will be allowed after call back hours have closed
